I also wish to see more of Geno. Super Mario RPG was such a great game.

Cool animation. Very good colours and lighting. The movements are very fluent. The camera perspectives with the 3d background make it look very cinematic. The song is also nice. Looking forward to see more work by you.

BERALAI responds:

Thanks a ton for noticing the work! I really strive to make things stellar on different levels. Even in the 3D, its cringy when people use it as an excuse to to less work rather than to make even cooler effects! The all in one shot, rotating camera scene at the end was my favorite scene to animate.

As far as the song, I wrote it so its not ANOTHER metal geno song. Geno deserved more than just another beware the mushrooms tribute. It was a nod at geno, the fans, and a complete feeling song to jam to!

Can't wait to offer another tasty vid!

The first few seconds and the poster on the wall look great. It shows you have excellent animation skills. I don't know why you close to animate the rest in such a strange style. I can't even tell what it's supposed to be. I guess I'm missing the joke. Looking forward to a full length (3+ minutes) in your regular animation style. I'd give it 5 stars.

Someone beat you to it: https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/864892
2:05 looks exactly like the beginning of your animation. Did they steal your work?

Haskel responds:

No. This was sorta a useless gag I want to immediately forget about.
I'm working on my own projects tho. The teaser for the cartoon pitch will be here in probably sometime in three weeks.

Good joke! Nice animation. First Robot Day 2022 entry I've seen. Is it even Robot Day today? I know last year and the year before it was on august 26, but I haven't seen an announcement for this year yet. Oh well. I might upload something s well. Let's make this robotday 2022 a blast!

TeamTamago responds:

Thanks! I don't know if there is an official robotday this year, but I'd made this for it anyway :)

is that a Roland AX-Edge?

Snoopierkid responds:

The best musical weapon for the job!

Didn't know Sr Pelo, but now I've looked him up, this animation was very funny. You could've had even faster pacing, more shouting and strangely drawn frames to make it more in Sr Pelo's style but it's a good start. I like the way the father is drawn. Makes you wonder if he's naked.

Crashgen responds:

Thank you for your sincere words lol.

Looks and sounds great. I like the message. So true. Feedback is great. It's good to reflect upon. Often it's best ignored though, because it's just a difference in taste. If you create something artistically there will always be people who tell you to change it. But there will also be others who like what you made exactly because you did all of those things the first one didn't like. So I suppose you should just trust your own instinct, know you can't please everyone and hope for like minded people to find your art.

I've found your's.

SoraNgin responds:

Agreed! And thank you for the kind words! :)

I love churros a lot.

loberoso responds:

Me too!
Thanks for the vote

Nice animation. A bit short and simple, but it doesn't look bad and it's enjoying to watch. Keep it up. I hope to see even better animations by you in the future. You have the skills.
I hear an increasing number of Kevin MacLeod in the games and movies here and increas-ingly so. Danse Macabre is one of my favourite classical works. Only I'd like to point out Kevin MacLeod didn't actually write Danse Macabre. It was composed by Camille Saint-Saƫns in 1872. This was only performed by Kevin MacLeod, and it's not nearly the best per-formance around, though I must say it's kind of MacLeod to provide artists with so much cc licensed music.

Hraugur responds:

Ah, yeah, I was aware that MacLeod didn't MAKE it but he performed this version. Thank you for your comment! It's nice to hear you liked it.

Very well made. I liked the story of the stone soup, and how it came back at the end. Very well narrated. I didn't know it was supposed to be an old woman until I saw her, but te voice fits. Good animation and sounds.

OdellAtkinson responds:

Yeah, she wrote a good treatment. I'll hit my balls harder next time to go higher and sound more feminine.

Good quality. Looks very professional. Would work as (part of) an intro to an anime. I think you should provide more comments about what it is and how you made it, because with something this good people may think it's stolen. Are you going to turn this into a series?

Whereisyourproblem responds:

Thanks for the tip of add more description and some stuff,
And as for the first series I will concentrate on finishing this intro.

I'm a musician. Check out my band Botsing. I also make music for games, animations, short films, vlogs, etc and I write scripts, record sound effects, animate and voice act.
