I love that film. Laputa (Castle in the Sky) is one of my favourite Miyazaki films. Great tribute.

Looks very inviting. Gives a good impresion of the game. I like how the art style of the poster is the same as the game, though it's logical since it's both you. Still nice how it works well in both instances. I like the poster a little better though. The poster has a certain organic feel the game lacks. The poster looks more artsy. Perhaps you should've given the game the same paper texture.

Very enigmatic. Makes you imagine things about what could be going on, and what's the meaning of it all.

Seen it somewhere before. Did you show it to me earlier? Very well drawn. I like the cute style in contrast with the badassness. It has something very artsy about it too, just like your games. Coincidentally I did some sketches about a character named Bat Boy. Who was just a boy with a baseball bat. Naturally I drew parallels with Batman as well.

Yeah good point. Friend Zone doesn't sound so negative if you come to think of it. A zone where friends hang out. I really like the comic. Random in a sense yet with a good point. And the colours and drawing style are nice.

Didn't know the story. I don't know if I completely get the meaning. I should read the complete version. Great work in any case. The combination of the watercolour, black ink and your style reminds me of Tony Ross his work (the one who made Towser the Dog). I always liked that style. I wish you had used smoother paper. It already has a very organic look, but with the lines over every image in becomes a little too messy. Newgrounds could do with more art like this. Breaks nicely from the clean computer art. This has a nice human feel. Very alive.

Heh, my teacher mentioned the excess of linework aswell ; for a watercolor class I was still relying a bit too much on lines, which is something I had to improve a bit on the following works (may upload another one soon'').

Good theme for a speed painting. You can leave out details, keep it raw and it only looks better because of it. But the things that do matter to pay attention to like lighting and colours you got absolutely right.
